Our philosophy towards people and business are so interconnected that it is very hard to separate, so I’ll try to put it in perspective. We try to set up relationships with our business partners so that they understand our business and our values, we understand theirs and there will be no compromises in us working together. As people in our business we make sure we don’t ask people to do jobs they are unable to complete and we also try and utilize the skills and passions of those involved so that they can take our business and us forward.
